Lincoln, NE – Boys & Girls Clubs of Lincoln staff joined the celebration as a brand new Ross Dress for Less store opened at Gateway Mall last weekend. Ross staff presented a check for $2,500 as the store prepared to open its doors on Saturday morning. This event was part of a growing partnership between Ross and Boys & Girls Club.
Ross Stores have been partnered with Boys & Girls of America for over a decade, helping kids achieve academic success, build confidence, and lead healthy lives. Ross is a national sponsor of Boys & Girls Club's Power Hour, an after-school homework help program. During Power Hour, Club members receive support in completing their homework to improve their academic performance and develop a sense of personal responsibility.
Each August, Ross stores lead fundraisers across the United States to benefit Boys & Girls Clubs. Over $11M has been donated since 2015 to support Power Hour at Boys & Girls Clubs.
