This full-time, salaried position oversees daily operations, manages part-time staff, and delivers high-quality programs that help youth reach their full potential at the after school program at North Star High School. We’re seeking a self-starter with vision and energy who can implement clubs, empower a team, and collaborate with North Star High School and community partners to ensure Great Futures for all youth. Apply by June 1 to be considered for the role.

This part-time, in-person role will help lead fun, meaningful, and mission-driven after-school programming for the Boys & Girls Club of Lincoln/Lancaster County this fall at Park Middle School or North Star High School. Hours available are Monday–Friday from 2:30–7:00 PM with a flexible schedule and an Employee Assistance Program for personal support. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have reliable transportation, and successfully pass a background check.
